Some Faces of the Children
This program is, ultimately, about helping the children of incarcerated parents. The Milk and Cookies program, run by AFOI (Assisting Families of Inmates, Inc.) out of Richmond, VA, allowed us to film some of these children. The Milk and Cookies program provides support for children of incarcerated parents and their caregivers.
